PIMA PARADISE, MATE WEAR and BADA LANI products are sold on Amazon.com. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery dates are shown on Amazon at checkout.

We currently sell to customers in the United States.

Returns

Returns and exchanges for Amazon orders are handled through Amazon under Amazon’s return policy. To start a return, go to Your Orders on Amazon and select the item.

For hygiene reasons, worn or washed underwear may not be eligible for return unless it is defective. Amazon’s policy for the item applies.

Refunds

Refunds for Amazon orders are issued through Amazon to your original payment method once the return is processed.
