Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
For hygiene reasons, used or worn underwear cannot be returned unless the item is defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
